In the lead up to the Imagine exhibition at Modern Art Oxford, seven artist residencies were based in seven museums and galleries throughout Oxfordshire.

In partnership with education officers at each of these museums/galleries, artists explored the Imagine theme whilst working with schools and communities throughout Oxfordshire.

The work produced during these residencies formed key exhibits at the Imagine Show at Modern Art Oxford in September 2005.
